Shipping and discount codes are added at checkout.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of successful delivery date with the accompanying receipt for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Refunds/exchanges will only be accepted on unused or gently used* merchandise in its original packaging.
  • Refunds/exchanges will not be issued until original items are received in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after your return is received.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds/exchanges are subject to a restocking fee of 10%.
  • For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:
    • Razors
    • Blades
    • Shaving brushes
    • Hair combs and brushes


*Gently used merchandise constitutes that less than 10% of the product has been used; refunds/exchanges on gently used merchandise are subject to our discretion.

  1. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact Customer Care at with “RETURN” in the subject line within 14 days of successful delivery date.
  2. Package item(s) exactly how they were sent to you in their original packaging.
  3. Follow return instructions as emailed to you via Customer Care.
  4. Drop off items to your nearest Canada Post location.
