- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of successful delivery date with the accompanying receipt for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Refunds/exchanges will only be accepted on unused or gently used* merchandise in its original packaging.
- Refunds/exchanges will not be issued until original items are received in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after your return is received.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds/exchanges are subject to a restocking fee of 10%.
- For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:
- Shaving brushes
- Hair combs and brushes
*Gently used merchandise constitutes that less than 10% of the product has been used; refunds/exchanges on gently used merchandise are subject to our discretion.
- We do not offer store credit at this time.
REFUNDS AND PROCESSING
- If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org with “RETURN” in the subject line within 14 days of successful delivery date.
- Package item(s) exactly how they were sent to you in their original packaging.
- Follow return instructions as emailed to you via Customer Care.
- Drop off items to your nearest Canada Post location.
