It pays to look good! Earn points on every visit you make for services at the shop. Save your points and redeem them on any product purchase in-store. One (1) point earned = $1 to be redeemed. Note: points are not valid towards services and can not be redeemed for cash value.

A quick history lesson
Eikonic House of Barbers was founded in 2010 by husband-and-wife powerhouse Martin Truong and Jessica Hoach. With a vision to champion the men’s fine grooming market in Canada, they started from humble beginnings with Truong cutting hair out of his basement and Hoach organizing his schedule and bookings. Since then, they have paved the way to becoming a leader in the barbering industry with their focus on teamwork, education, customer service and involvement in the community.
In respect of our barber’s time and as a courtesy to fellow clients, we have a strict 10-minute late policy in place and reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment. We do our best to provide appointment reminder calls 24 hours prior to your appointment, so please ensure you make every effort to arrive on time.
For any cancellations, we ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice. We do, however, understand that not all of life’s unexpected events come with advanced notice, so we ask that you please remember to give us a call as soon as you know and we will be more than happy to re-schedule.
Product Return/Exchange Policy
We want to make sure you leave our shop with only the best product(s) for your hair, so if you are unsatisfied with your product purchase or feel like it is not the right one for you, we will gladly provide you with a store credit/exchange only within 7 days of purchase with accompanying receipt.
We try our hardest to listen and make sure that we provide you with an Eikonic experience and that you are able to leave with a haircut you love. If you are dissatisfied with your haircut or service, we want to know so we can do our best to make it right! Please call us within 3 days of your last appointment and we will be glad to accommodate you to make sure you look and feel your best.
